❖ It is the policy of TEKNITEED CM, an Industrial Spares and Equipment, and Engineering Support and Repair Services company to ensure as much as possible prevention of personal injury, ill health, damage to property and the environment including clients and public.

❖ TEKNITEED CM is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment at all premises in compliance with legal and other requirements that the organization subscribes to.

❖ TEKNITEED CM will review periodically its Occupational Health and Safety Management System in line with OHSAS 18001:2007 to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the organization and for continual improvement through effective safety management. Also, the policy will serve as a framework for setting and reviewing OH&S Objectives.

❖ TEKNITEED CM is committed to consult and co-operate with employees on all matters relating to their health and safety in the workplace.

❖ TEKNITEED CM will provide information, instruction, training and supervision that is reasonably necessary to ensure that each employee is safe from injury and risks to health and also ensure availability and familiarization of all necessary safety devices, protective equipment and clothing.

❖ TEKNITEED CM will maintain a constant and continuing interest in all aspects of health, safety and environmental matters applicable to TEKNITEED CM and client's activities; and to consult, listen and respond to employees, customers, neighbours and interest groups that work with us.

❖ Employees shall comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves and others, damage to plant and equipment and take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others. It is expected of each and every employee to work in a safe and efficient manner, with special regard for others within the vicinity of their working area.

❖ Employees shall report all incidents that have occurred or may lead to injury or damage, also to assist in any investigation so that steps may be taken to prevent recurrence.

❖ This policy shall be readily made available to interested parties and communicated to all persons working under the control of TENITEED CM.
