❖ It is the policy of Tekniteed Cameroun to achieve quality in the provision of Industrial Spares and Equipment, and Engineering Support and Repair Services that meet our customers’ requirements and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements. This will be accomplished by continually improving our quality performance, safety and adhering to our management system and operational methods that recognize customer satisfaction as our prime focus.
❖ Internal and external customers are to be treated as most valuable resources in our business dealings.
❖ The company commitment is demonstrated through the maintenance of the system that supports our quality objectives and high health, safety and environmental standards.
❖ The management recognizes that the requirements within the ISO 9001:2008 standard, places specific responsibilities on the company to meet quality assurance requirements.
❖ We strive to continually improve the effectiveness of our quality management system and customer satisfaction by monitoring and measuring our performance against company set objectives.
❖ The quality policy serves as a reference base for establishing and reviewing quality objectives and procedures for continual sustainability.
❖ The quality policy has been communicated to all employees to facilitate awareness and compliance by all employees as appropriate to their work activities.
❖ The Management Representative has been assigned both the authority and responsibility to ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained throughout the Company.
